Submit

OzCHI welcomes submissions in all areas of Human Computer Interaction and related fields. Submissions may take the form of long and short papers, workshop and tutorial proposals, and workshop position papers. PhD students are invited to submit for the Doctoral Consortium. Industry participants are invited to submit short papers in the form of case studies.

Please note that all authors should NOT include their name or institution on the cover page of the initial submission, and should make an effort to ensure that there is no revealing information in the text (such as obvious citations to authors' previous work, or making acknowledgments to colleagues of long standing). Authors should also avoid posting their submitted manuscript on the web until the final notification date.

Preparing Final Copy

Please upload the final version of your paper in Word format (so that we can replace the dummy ISBN with the actual ISBN and so that we can insert proceedings page numbers).  Either the older ".doc" or the newer ".docx" formats is OK.

Make sure that you have included the authors' names and affiliations, that you have removed any page numbers and that the number of pages of text does not exceed the limits (10 pages for long papers, 4 pages for short papers).  Do not worry if the Word Section formatting at the end of the paper creates an extra blank page - we will remove this when coverting the paper to PDF.

The final copy is to be submitted in WORD with local page numbers.

OzCHI 2012 will use the EasyChair conference paper management system.  Follow this link to create your own account within EasyChair and to submit papers to OzCHI:
