CELLAR DOOR

Tasmania is widely recognised as having the best sites in Australia for producing premium sparkling wines. With less than 1% of national production, its reputation is for fine quality, elegant wines. The long, cool growing season of Tasmania allows for gradual accumulation of delicate and elegant flavours with retention of natural acidity which ensures that it is one of the premier regions for Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and aromatic whites.
The Josef Chromy Wines Cellar Door is located at Relbia, a 15 minute drive south of Launceston and just 10 minutes from the Launceston Airport. This Cellar Door is located in the estates original 1880s homestead, surrounded by an expanse of established landscaped gardens. On arrival the open log fire welcomes you and the views from the surrounding vineyards and lakes provide an idyllic location to relax and enjoy our variety of estate grown wines.
